UPDATE 5/20/2020: Gorilla Playsets models will not be available for new orders until at least August.
After seeing the notice at the top of our website, you might be wondering why many Tree Frogs products and all Gorilla Playsets products are not available to order. In this post we’re going to try to address questions you might have.
On 4/21/2020, Gorilla Playsets sent a notification to all their retailers that due to the unprecedented amount of orders that have come in during the COVID-19 crisis, and because of limitations on warehouse staff, they will not be able to accept new orders after 4/21/2020 for at least 8 weeks. This has now been extended until August, 2020.
Most retailers (like us!) who sell Gorilla Playsets products ship orders to their customers straight from Gorilla’s warehouse in Canton, GA. So when Gorilla stops orders or is out of stock, most retailers also are unable to sell those products. This is why you’ll notice that most retailers across the internet are “Out of Stock” of Gorilla Playsets products.
For Tree Frogs products, many are simply out of stock and we expect them back in 2-4 weeks.
Please also note a few other things:
- Because nearly every retailer who sells Gorilla Playsets products ship orders directly from Gorilla’s warehouse, if you choose to cancel your order, it is highly unlikely you will be able to order Gorilla Playsets products from another retailer until approximately mid-June.
- Be wary of any retailer claiming they have Gorilla Playsets products available for purchase. There are a number of websites out there that have outdated and/or inaccurate information.
- Some have asked about getting on a waitlist for Gorilla Playsets products. We have decided not to take pre-orders, as we have no way of knowing which products will be in stock once Gorilla Playsets starts taking new orders again.
- We are currently experiencing an incredible amount of phone calls, website chats, and emails. We will respond to you, because every customer is important to us, but it may take us longer than usual. We appreciate your patience!
